The 3-Phase Onboarding Process

Phase 1: Interview
An introductory interview with NID-HCA leadership to discuss your goals, experience, and alignment with NID-HCA’s mission and values.

Phase 2: Application & Facility Review
After a successful interview, candidates complete the official application and submit photos of their office or remote workspace. NID-HCA reviews each submission for compliance, readiness, and community capacity. Application review timelines vary depending on completeness and regional demand.

Phase 3: Welcome to NID-HCA
Upon approval, you’ll receive your official Welcome Packet, orientation schedule, and access to NID-HCA’s National Training Portal and Branch Development Team. Following this phase, additional training and program activation steps will ensure you are fully prepared to operate under NID-HCA’s national framework.
