Denise Washington serves as Branch Office Manager for the NID-HCA Louisiana – Washington Branch, providing HUD-approved housing counseling and education services to individuals and families throughout New Orleans, Orleans Parish, and surrounding communities. Under her leadership, the branch focuses on empowering clients through financial literacy, housing education, and disaster preparedness - helping individuals and families build resilience and achieve long-term housing stability.


The Louisiana Branch offers comprehensive counseling and education services designed to support renters, first-time homebuyers, and homeowners, with a strong emphasis on pre-purchase education, financial readiness, and disaster recovery support - ensuring clients are prepared for both opportunities and challenges in their housing journey.
