Danny P. Felton Sr. is a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the housing industry, and serves as Branch Office Manager of the NID-HCA Florida Felton Branch. Mr. Felton has leading mortgage loan origination, real estate sales, and affordable housing development businesses in South Florida. He has received numerous awards for community service throughout Miami-Dade County. In addition to his branch leadership, Mr. Felton serves as a NID-HCA Advisory Board Member and as the First Vice President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.

Under his leadership, the Felton Branch provides comprehensive, HUD-approved counseling and educational services to individuals and families in Miami Gardens and greater Miami-Dade County - helping clients achieve and sustain stable housing and build long-term wealth through homeownership.
