Jennifer Valentine serves as Branch Office Manager for the NID-HCA Valentine Branch, providing HUD-approved housing counseling and education services to individuals and families in the communities she serves. Under her leadership, the branch focuses on helping renters, first-time homebuyers, and homeowners navigate housing decisions, improve financial readiness, and achieve long-term housing stability.

Ms. Valentine is a past board member of the Ohio Realtist Association and the Past President of the Greater Cleveland Realtist Association, bringing strong leadership experience and deep community involvement to her work in housing counseling and education.
