Ms. Webber is the Branch Manager and a Housing Counselor for the NID Housing Counseling Agency in the Chicago, Illinois branch. A veteran in the industry, Ms. Webber has been providing housing counseling and education services since 1996. She became the first Housing Counseling Instructor for NID Housing Counselors in 2019.
