​Tangia Bryant earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business with Summa Cum Laude honors from National University in San Diego, California. Her desire to serve others blossomed upon obtaining her California Real Estate Broker's license in 1997. With over 25 years of hands-on experience helping others achieve the “American Dream” of homeownership, she is living her dream!


She's very excited and honored to be part of the NID-HCA Team, serving the unserved and underserved low-income and minority residents as they promote Democracy in Housing. As a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency, the NID-HCA team provides a wealth of services aimed at educating the public on fair housing and predatory lending. These counseling services include financial literacy, pre-purchase education, post-purchase education, resolving or preventing mortgage delinquency, displacement and relocation, and rental education.
She is currently an active Real Estate Broker and serves as NAREB’s High Desert Realtist for Democracy in Housing 3rd Vice President and Education Chairwoman in Victorville, California. She has earned her HUD Certified Housing Counselor and NAREB’s Faith-Based and Community Engagement certifications. She is dedicated to serving and promoting financial literacy and homeownership for the residents of the High Desert cities of Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Adelanto, and Barstow.
