Ms. Olga L. Tovar has over 10 years of experience as a Housing Counselor. She is committed to creating safe, affordable living conditions for all communities throughout California. She has dedicated her professional life to educating communities about the importance of financial literacy, homeownership education, credit and money management, and foreclosure prevention. As a Certified U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) counselor, she has delivered comprehensive homebuyer education training to hundreds of clients through workshops and one-on-one counseling.

She is a loving mother and grandmother who enjoys all the adventures that life brings with her four daughters and four grandchildren.
