Ms. Patricia Fletcher-Edwards is a graduate of Florida A&M University. She is a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor, Certified Financial Capacities Coach, and Credit Coach. She is an advocate for policies that promote creative and safe lending practices for the benefit of our nation’s homebuyers and homeowners.

Ms. Fletcher-Edwards is the Branch Manager of NID Housing Counseling Agency in Albany, Georgia, and the founder and CEO of Being Empowered, Successful and Trained (B.E.S.T., Inc.), a life skills coaching agency. She is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and owns and operates Fletcher-Edwards Realty in Tallahassee, Florida. She facilitates monthly workshops on topics such as first-time homeownership, foreclosure prevention, financial literacy, credit, and budgeting. She is also an inspirational and motivational speaker, having spoken at various events for youth, adults, and senior citizens. Additionally, she serves as the President of the Southwest Georgia Housing Task Force and is a member of the Fair Housing Committee for the City of Albany.

Ms. Fletcher-Edwards is also the Co-Pastor of Artesian Christian Center in Albany, Georgia. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
