Born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Cedric joined the US Navy as service to this country and later worked as a Flight Test Engineer working with such great companies as Rockwell International and Northrop Grumman. A true professional he developed a passion for real estate and finance and helping families in home ownership. After 30 years, Cedric truly committed to helping as a housing counselor that promotes stability in Housing Ownership and Community development.
