Sharon McLennon is the Branch Manager of the NID HCA branch located in Lauderhill, Florida. She has been actively engaged in putting people into homes for more than 20 years.
A firm believer that everyone deserves the opportunity to own their own home, Ms. McLennon has worked extensively with first-time homebuyers. Concerned about the shortage of affordable housing solutions for homebuyers in South Florida, Ms. McLennon is constantly sourcing down payment assistance funding to help buyers increase their purchasing power. By partnering with local municipalities, she has successfully leveraged down payment assistance available to help homebuyers achieve their American dream.
Ms. McLennon is a certified housing counselor, property manager and real estate broker and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from the City College of New York, and an MBA from Baruch College.
