NID-HCA Columbus

Ms. Yolanda Earley was commissioned as the Branch Manager of the NID HCA COLUMBUS Office in 2019. She is a Certified HUD Housing Counselor serving Central Ohio and continuous areas.  

Ms. Earley is the licensed Real Estate Broker of Porterhouse Realty since 2011 and practicing since 2003.  

Highly skilled manager who has been promoted to levels of increasing responsibility in contracting and procurement.  A top performer, who has received numerous commendations from high-ranking military and civilian personnel. Excellent project and program management skills.  She has exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities.  Enjoy working with various levels of internal and external people, and helping small businesses succeed.  Remain in control and productive under stressful conditions and against tight deadlines

Yolanda works with a number of clients who are moving here from out of the country and when she’s not assisting them with finding a home, she spends a lot of time helping them adjust to their new life. She has tutored individuals studying for their citizenship, and has cared for the children of a client who had to make a trip back to their country – preparing meals for the kids, getting them involved in activities and just spending quality time with them.

She also mentors’ women on how to get ahead in the workforce sharing her experiences of going from a low-level administrative position to a high-ranking officer in the Department of Air Force, and as a former Director of Small Business. She has mentored women at the Defense Supply Center – Columbus (DSCC).  

Yolanda also visits nursing homes to chat with residents and to take them treats.
