Our office counselors have experience in housing counseling for pre and post purchases. Staffed with an Office Administrator we provide individual and monthly group buyer education forums that are open to the Metro Detroit Communities and beyond.
More of our services include: participating in local housing resource fairs, financial literacy, virtual and hybrid (in-person) personal and group education sessions and attending community events that promote housing education.
We get you ready to apply for down payment assistance with your lender, give you resources, help you figure out what meets your current budget and income or to start the workout conversation if you have a mortgage.
