Ms. Patricia Fletcher-Edwards is a graduate of Florida A&M University. She is a HUD Certified Housing Counselor, Certified Financial Capacities Coach, Credit Coach, and an advocate for policies that promote creative and safe lending practices for the benefit of our nation’s homebuyers and homeowners. She is Branch Manager of NID Housing Counseling Agency in Albany, Georgia and founder and CEO of Being Empowered, Successful and Trained (B.E.S.T., Inc) , a Life Skills Coaching Agency. She is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and owns and operates Fletcher-Edwards Realty in Tallahassee, Florida.
She facilitates monthly workshops in the area of first time homeownership, foreclosure prevention, financial literacy, credit and budget. She is an inspirational and motivational speaker and has spoken at varying events for youth, adults and senior citizens. She is the President of the Southwest Georgia Housing Task Force and serves on the Fair Housing Committee for the City of Albany. She is Co-Pastor of Artesian Christian Center in Albany, Georgia She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
