Gayle Randolph serves as Branch Office Manager for the NID-HCA Phoenix – Randolph Branch, providing HUD-approved housing counseling and education services to individuals and families throughout Maricopa County and the greater Phoenix area. Under her leadership, the Randolph Branch supports renters, first-time homebuyers, and homeowners by helping them navigate housing decisions, prevent mortgage challenges, and achieve long-term housing stability.
