Mr. Henry R. Stoudermire, Jr is the President and Broker of McMullan Realty. He has served under the tutelage of Henry R. Stoudermire, Sr. since 1979. He has over 33 years of real estate expertise serving 1st time buyers, sellers, investors, national property management companies as well as many fortune 500 banks/lenders/asset management corporations.

He is passionate with assisting minority home ownership rates to increase in Northeast Ohio as well as all of Ohio. Currently, Henry is serving as The Ohio Realtist Association chair and The Cleveland Realtist Association chair. Henry has been effective in helping The NAREB (The National Association of Real Estate Brokers) in trying to reach the national goal of 2 million African Americans become new owners in 5 years.

Real estate training of new licensees is his passion. McMullan Realty was established in 1962. Henry is a 2nd generation president/broker of the company. Two of his sons (Henry III and Joshua) are licensed with the brokerage, which sets the stage for the 3rd generation and communication with Millennials. His 15 trained agents are producing multi-million dollar volumes each year.

Henry has served in many real estate national, state and local positions in his 33+ years of service include National president of The Young Realtist Division, State President and Chairman, Cleveland President and Chairman. He is married with three adult handsome sons.
