This location serves as the second office for Mr. Alvin Toney of the NID-HCA Riverside and San Bernardino Counties branch, providing HUD-approved housing counseling and education services to residents throughout the Inland Empire region of Southern California. Under Mr. Toney’s leadership, the branch focuses on helping renters, homeowners, and prospective homebuyers navigate housing challenges, strengthen financial readiness, and maintain long-term housing stability.
