Ms. Gayle Randolph has been a Certified HUD Housing Counselor and Branch Manager since 2008 for NID Housing Counseling Agency, a HUD National Intermediary Organization. With over 20 years of service in housing counseling and mortgage lending, she has become a strong advocate of Fair Housing, and works tirelessly to provide equal housing opportunities for all members of the community.

Gayle is a dedicated financial advocate specifically trained to offer insights and answers on homebuying, renting, credit, mortgages, and rental assistance, giving consumers a strong foundation to make more informed decisions on their housing journey. In her current position, she has provided numerous presentations to families, community and real estate trade groups, government and private sector institutions on homebuying, financial literacy, fair housing, mortgages, and rental assistance.

She is passionate about her community. She has been a member of the NAREB & Realtist Community since 1999 and is a co-founding member of The Arizona Realtist Chapter. She also served on the NAREB Board as an assistant treasurer for four years.

Ms. Randolph continues to inspire with her service on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Fair Housing Center.
